On the home page, select the button to enter the karaoke program.

When the audio permission window appears, select “ยืนยันการเปิดระบบเสียง” (Enable Audio). This action must come from a user click so the browser allows the Web Audio engine to start.

On a phone or tablet, the app plays a short silent MP3 as part of the startup process. This prepares the device's audio session, interrupts another audio focus when necessary, and gives Next Karaoke priority to start its own audio.

After the player is ready, load a SoundFont if the system asks for one, then search for or import your first song.

Why does the app need a new audio session?
Mobile operating systems tightly control which application may use the speaker. A new audio session gives the browser a chance to claim audio through a direct user action instead of trying to start sound silently in the background. This is important because browsers may suspend or reject audio that starts without a gesture.
The startup sound is not a song and is not part of your karaoke files. It is only a compatibility step to prepare the device before the real audio engine begins. On a computer, this restriction is usually less noticeable, so the extra step may not be necessary.
Common first-launch questions
I confirmed audio, but there is no sound
Enable “เล่นเสียงเงียบป้องกัน Audio Suspend” first, then reload or start the player again. Also check the device volume, browser mute state, and whether a SoundFont has been loaded.
Why is the silent audio option useful?
Some phones suspend Web Audio when a tab becomes inactive or when the system thinks the page is silent. The silent keep-alive helps keep the audio session active, especially on mobile and iOS.
Can I turn it off on a computer?
Yes. If playback works normally and the browser does not suspend the audio engine, you can turn the option off.
The permission window keeps appearing
Allow sound from the same browser tab, avoid opening the player in a restricted private mode, and reload once. If the problem continues, close other copies of the player and start one fresh session.
Why should I start a fresh session?
A fresh session resets the browser's current audio state and avoids conflicts from an old tab, suspended AudioContext, or another player instance. It is useful after changing audio permissions, switching devices, or recovering from a silent player.
