Sending device: open the share action

Start sending a file

Open the feature that contains the file or dataset you want to send.

Choose the feature's Share, Share to phone, or equivalent send button. If the feature asks you to choose a file or dataset, select the item to transfer.

Wait while the system prepares the transfer. The transfer window opens in Host mode and shows a QR code when it is ready.

Keep the QR code visible while the receiving device scans it.

Monitor the transfer

After scanning, the header changes from Waiting to Connected and shows the detected connection type.

Watch the progress card for the file name, percentage, speed, and the Sent files list.

Wait for the success message Transfer completed. Only then close the window with the Completed button.
