Add Songs to the Library One by One · Next Karaoke

What this mode does

Single Track Entry is the in-app upload flow for adding songs to the local library. You can select one song or select multiple files at once, review how the system reads them, and then save only the valid items to the song database.

The current uploader allows up to 500 selected files. When a song uses separate music, lyric, and timing files, select the related files together so the system can group them by base name.

Step 1: Open the song manager

Open Manage Songs

Right-click on the main player screen, or open the settings menu from the gear button at the bottom-right of the screen.

Select “จัดการเพลง” (Manage Songs).

In the first tab, choose “เพิ่มเพลง” (Add Songs). This is the single-file/library upload flow, not the bulk compressed import tab.

Supported song files

MIDI / KAR

.mid and .kar files contain MIDI-based karaoke data. NCN songs may also need matching .lyr and .cur files.

Lyrics and timing

.lyr and .cur files are supporting files. Select them with the matching music file when the song format requires them.

MP3

.mp3 files can be processed as audio karaoke files when their supported metadata is present.

NKM package

.nkm is a packaged karaoke file that keeps related song data together.

Step 4: Review the result

Wait while the system reads and prepares the selected files.

Review the file list and the status counters: Total, Valid, Duplicate, and Error.

Remove an unwanted item from the temporary list before saving if needed.

When only valid items remain, select “เพิ่มเข้าคลัง” (Add to library) and confirm the save operation.

Step 5: Understand file status colors

Green — Valid

The file was read successfully and can be added to the library.

ไฟล์ซ้ำ / คำเตือน เพลงหรือข้อมูลชื่อเพลง/เนื้อร้องมีอยู่แล้ว ให้เข้า “ฐานข้อมูลเพลง” → “ฐานข้อมูล” ค้นหาเพลงเดิม แล้วลบรายการซ้ำก่อนนำเข้าใหม่

สีแดง — อ่านไม่ได้ / ไม่รองรับ ระบบอ่านไฟล์ไม่ได้ ไฟล์ไม่สมบูรณ์ ไฟล์ประกอบไม่ครบ หรือเป็นรูปแบบที่ไม่รองรับ ให้แก้ไขไฟล์แล้วอัปโหลดใหม่

Add to library stays unavailable when errors remain

The current UI enables “Add to library” only when the temporary list contains no duplicate and no error items. Remove or fix those entries first, then upload the corrected files again.
